CRCON Setup

Connect your CRCON instance to War Room Command.

What is CRCON?

CRCON (Community RCON) is an open-source web-based administration tool for Hell Let Loose servers. It provides a web interface and API for server management.

War Room Command uses CRCON's API to communicate with your game server, enabling features like TK monitoring, player tracking, and server status updates.

Prerequisites

  • ✓A Hell Let Loose game server
  • ✓CRCON installed and connected to your server
  • ✓Admin access to your CRCON instance

Getting Your API Token

Log into CRCON

Open your CRCON web interface and log in with admin credentials

Go to Settings

Click on the Settings or Admin menu

Navigate to API Settings

Find the API or Token section

Generate Token

Create a new API token and copy it

Connecting to War Room Command

Open Dashboard

Log into the War Room Command dashboard

Enter CRCON URL

Enter your CRCON URL (e.g., https://crcon.yourserver.com)

Paste API Token

Paste the API token you generated

Test Connection

Click "Test Connection" to verify it works

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

  • • Verify your CRCON URL is correct and includes https://
  • • Make sure CRCON is running and accessible
  • • Check if your server firewall allows connections

Invalid Token

  • • Generate a new token in CRCON
  • • Make sure you copied the entire token
  • • Check if the token has expired

No Data Showing

  • • Ensure your game server is running
  • • Verify CRCON is connected to the game server
  • • Check CRCON logs for errors
